What can the Police/Law do to a child that has ADHD but has a history for causing anti-social behavior and nuisance to neighbours? Thanks for any info

Children with ADHD and other problems can be (and are being) given ASBO's

ADHD may be a factor, but it does not entitle the child to do whatever he likes without consequences.
ADHD??? what a load of sh1t, just a modern name to some how give an excuse to unruly little barstewards. Why is everything some sort of "syndrome" now. I'm off to the pub because I've got stella syndrome!

Yeah Yeah R1Geezer you want to try bringing up a kid with ADHD, I was of pretty much the same opinion as you until our son was diagnosed with it when he was 4, I can appreciate where your beliefes come from but I can assure you it is a syndrome and a very difficult one to live with.
