Just to help a little with your education, the County Court does not deal with criminal matters (and for these purposes motoring offences are criminal).

The County Court deals with civil matters such as debt, bankruptcy, contract disagreements, employment matters, family matters and so on.

Your route of appeal (as pointed out elsewhere) is via the Crown Court.
