Military Law

I wondered if anyone out there specialised or knows anything about military law/contracts? The reason i ask is that i was promised a 6 grand bounty to join back up into the army. Having signed back up and committed myself to 4 years service, i have been told that i will not be recieving any form of bounty fot coming back in. I want to contest this and put my case together. I am gathering together all the information ready for presentation. I just wondered if anyone knew on a direction to go with this issue. Thanks very much.
