No.

A judge can direct a jury to bring a "not guilty" verdict when insufficient evidence or legal niceties dictate. He cannot overturn the decision of a jury following a full trial and proper deliberation.
The Judge's decision may be over-turned, but only by another Judge or Judges ie. Court of Appeals or The High Court. They must find a fundamental error in the original verdict. This is not a popular course as Judges don't like to tell each other they didn't perform their duties properly (same with Doctor's). But it does happen!
no chance - the jury are there to decide wether guilty or not guilty - the judge is there for sentenceing.
