Hello! I have a question about happy slapping. What will be the punishment if teens (near 14-16) filmed a video which humiliate honor and dignity of man. On video no injures. Any state law can be. If it possible discribe in different ways. Thank you.

Are you in the USA ? if so laws vary from one state to another, this is a UK site but with a lot of non UK members. There is no such crime as 'Happy Slapping' here the people involved would be charged with assult.

'happy slapping ' is a slang term, it should be a punishable offence ,I don't know what it would be called.
