Legal Aid capital contribution

I have received a letter from bailliffs demanding £3,000 capital contribution towards legal aid. The Law Society at no stage sent me a letter saying anything had to be paid.The magistrates court where all information was sent have informed me that not is payable and that a computer instructed bailliffs to collect a debt that I was never informed of.According to the capital guidelines it seems to suggest that payments should have been made from October 2011 but I was never informed. I have already had a large confiscation to pay back and assumed,from what the judge/my barrister/my solicitor said, that that was all I would need to pay.The top and bottom of the situation is that I cannot raise that money that quickly and in a few weeks will have no job.

I'm confused about your point that the magistates court say it isn't payable. So who is seeking the money- i.e. who are the bailiffs acting for.
Has your claim to recover £150000 started yet?

you have a stinky attitude (given your other posts) so i do actually hope you get screwed over for something, actually. you describe the original problem so vaguely and re-reading it a couple of times gives me the impression you have given a very one-sided view of events. this is not advice of any kind, but i think more of a statement of karma....what goes around truly does come around.
