Ex partner facing charges of fraud by false representation and harrassment

My ex partner is facing charges tomorrow of 5 counts of fraud by false representation against myself and harrassment, the cps are also seeking charges of threats to kill.

Apparently he already has a conviction of common assault against an previous ex-partner and there is an injunction forbidding him to contact her or his children directly or indirectly. He has breached this order and received a fine previously.

Can you tell what type of sentence i can expect him to receive if he pleads guilty to the charges and is it likely these offences will be dealt with by the Magistrates Court.

If he doesnt plead and is convicted in a Crown Court, is he likely to receive a custodial sentence?

Thanks
