just been caught today with no seatbelt on with one of them mobile cameras....

just wondering how many points does not wearing a seatbelt currently carry
prev No payrise but everyone else has?
  
next Is there a conflict of interest?

It was just a Fixed Penalty on one of those Police programmes on the telly, no points I don't think.

according to this site its a fine of up to £500 pounds, no points though.

My husband was caught years ago after reversing out of his drive then pulling off up the street without one on. He looked in his mirror and there was a copper behind him, he was worried he would be done if he put it on then and thought they hadn't noticed. They did of course and he got a £60 fine and no points. He always wears a seat belt too which is just how unlucky he is, his dad never does can't think why I think its stupid.
