do you want to be joint tenants (when one of you leaves then the other will be liable for the rent) or seperate tenants (each being liable for a proportion). Also, relevant to any forfeiture notices that might be received. It might be a better idea to let her rent the place and you just pay some of the rent as you dont know what the divorce is going to be like
