Has any one had any dealings with Zenith? I have twice now and found their service discusting.

Zenith, as far as I am concerned is cr"p. A few years back I asked them to give us a quote but made it plain that we just wanted them to measure up and quote and not all the bull that goes with it. After two hours they still didn't leave after the 4th time of asking. I even put all there 'stuff' away but he got it out. In the end it took them 5.5 hours and even then they were reluctant to go.

I wouldn't touch them with a 50ft barge pole.

The first time was a few years back, I was doing a refurb on a bungalow for a friend, Zenith phoned me as usual, making a pain of themselves, so I asked that they Quote me for replacement windows to the bungalow, I was very busy doing other things when this plonker turned up, I shook his hand, said hi, and said have a measure up and give me a quote, Nope! he wanted to sit me down, go through all the bull***t, then he turned round and told me they dont work for developers, To cut a long story short, I ended up telling him to get lost.

I see they are offering a 50% discount for flat roofs, so I gave them a ring and asked for a Quote, Then I had a call from them confirming it, then next day I had another call confirming it, both times insisting both myself and partner will be present, then 3 hrs before the appointment I had yet another call confirming it,. the time came and went, no one turned up, so I phoned them, and was told it would be looked into and they would call me back, 40mins later I had to phone them again when I was told a manager would phone me, well I heard nothing and ended up phoning them yet again to tell them not to bother.
Sorry this goes on but I want every one to know what a cr*p company they are, If I could put them out of business I would, I am still very angry.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA why am I laughing......I could sit here all night and tell stories about Zenith.....and most of the companies that do telly sales.

There is no set price for anything. They start high and you have to wear the salesman down to get a lower price....but never without a fight.

I know all this as a family member worked for them and its the way they train the staff.

Find a salesman who earns enough to feed his family by that job alone and I'll buy you a house full of new windows;;,,,,con men the lot of em.
