Leaving the family home

I want to leave the family home with my daughter. The house is in both mine and my partners names and the mortgage is also joint. My partner pays the mortgage (I pay other bills to the equivalent amount) and also a secured debt against the house. Where do I stand legally if I leave?

You can force the sale of the house and take your share of the proceeds, if any.
