I have 2 problem now, and I've been blacklisted due to these 2 silly companies.
PHone 4u called me on phone to approach me with the Orange new contract but within 14days, I decided to cancel the contract and returned back the phone and accessories to Phone 4U. They sent me an acknowledgment letter saying that they've recieved the phone and agreed to cancel the contract.
I sent the copy of an acknowldegment letter to Orange but till today I still receiving bills and now I received Debt Collector letter.
PLease help me , what should I do now? I can't sign up with any network at this moment.

Send ANOTHER copy of the acknowlegement letter to Orange, via Royal Mail special Delivery. Then do nothing more. Just wait. If they persist on sending you debt collection letters, ignore them. Let they take you to court - if they dare. Then produce the Aclnowledgement letter to the court. I did just that a few years back. It as very very interesting . . . . . . .

Knobster . . .Yes. I defended myself. It took five minutes in court. The clerk read the "charge". In response I produced my documental defence. case dismissed. I claimed expenses and was awarded £110. A big profit!!! If jeonine2008 has to pay a few quid for the report, then that should be refunded by the debt agency once the matter is settled.
