Mulitple Occupation Housing Rules

I'm a student about to move into a 5-bedroom house. I will be sharing a bedroom with my boyfriend and we'll rent out the box room to use as a study. Howvever, the property only has one bathroom, containing a bath, shower and toilet. I was under the impression that a house with more than 4 occupants has to have at least 2 toilets. Am I right in thinking this, and what's the best course of action to take? just to clarify, five of us and one bathroom containing everything. Cheers
