faulty goods returned but no response

I purchased a £25 fake tanning kit which, although applied correctly, was a complete failure. My (engineer) husband said it was due to the spray nozzle variation that the result was so patchy. I returned the goods with a detailed letter by recorded delivery and, to date, have received no response, even though I have now written twice. What do you suggest I do next?

Phone your local trading standards office they will log your complaint against the trader and give you advice on your next step.

Did you pay by credit card? Contact your card provider and ask them to recover the money
