Small claims court in Spain

Is there such a thing as a small claims court in spain. We recently purchased a property in Spain and were told that we had to complete even though the snagging was not completed. In the contract is stated that all items on the snagging list would be completed within 30 days of completion. We are now at about 90 days and still no snagging work has been done. We have been sending weekly invoices to the solicitor of the developer for loss of rental income. Can we claim this somewhere through a small claims court? I am loathe to pay another spanish lawyer any more money because they are all pretty useless, but I would like to show the developer that I mean business.
