bank charges

i was over charged by my exbank ,i requested that they put the over charge back in to my account ,they refused ,so i took them to court.they settled with me out of court.the money they took from me,court cost, and interest.there legal team wrote to me to ask if the matter can now be closed,and for me to inform the court of this
but the banks debt recovery people keep pestering me for the money where do i stand cityfox (Thu 14:03 11/Jan/07)

What is Self-Defence Legal separation - can one partner have a relationship but it not be adultery?

Sorry, don't understand - what money are they pestering you for?

If you originally owed them a debt plus charges, but have got the charges back, the debt is still there.
