Health and Safety Manual

I'm trying to put together Health & Safety manuals for three pubs which my husband and I have recently taken leases on. I have included our companys health and safety policy statement, fire alarm test sheets, evacuation test sheets, emergency light test sheets, and a COSHH assessment. We know we have got to obtain accident books, fire blankets/extinguishers and first aid kits, but wondered what else to include in the manuals ?
