Hi, Ive owned my own business, a small newsagents, on a train station forecourt for 8 years now.  I've been paying rent on a three monthly rolling contract all this time.  Now the station is to be renovated, and I've been given 6 months to get out, not even given the chance to apply for a possible new premises within the new building.  I'd like to know, seeing as I have a large customer base, whether I might be due compensation, a first refusal on a new premises, or any advice forthcoming, would be great, as this has basically just dumped my business without thought on there behalf.
