I used to make deep fried pitta bread sarnies. Stuff 'em with ham and cheese-dip in either batter or beaten egg....and fry....mmmmmmm.

My mum deep fries meatballs which we call kofte. Other than that nothing else is deep fried. Sadly my parents have to watch their cholesterol and I have to as well now.

But if I could eat deep fried stuff it would have to be just plain bread to go with my full English.
