Salary paid and Company want to reduce my hours and pay

If I am Salary paid can my company reduce my hours of work and therefore my pay ?

It depends what your contract says, but very likely the answer is, yes.
The company must consult over the reasons for this and you must be treated fairly in relation to others (i.e. not just you). It must also give you your full notice period before making any changes.
It might be a preferred alternative to some people losing their job completely.
