studying A levels from home

hi, 1 am 19 years old. i want to study A levels from home. i have found some college who offer this programme, but im not too confident to do it because firstly i have not done A levels before and secondly my friends are saying it it hard.
at the moment i am retaking my GCSE English and maths as i couldnt do it this year.

do you think it will be easy if i do it @ home if i do everything on time i.e courseworks, assingments, homework etc.

i really want to do it as i want to go to university as soon as possible.

please advise me
