standard 3 year degree - age 21 (unless a year out was taken etc etc)
my sister in law gained her degree after 3 years of study last year at the age of 41 and is going on to do a 1 year PGSE degree this september
The 'standard' age is 21, starting uni at 18, after A levels.

However, numbers of mature students are increasing significantly, and it's possible to graduate at any age between 21 and x. I was 37.
I am aged 55 and about half way thru an Open University history degree. I've been at it for nearly 2 years but keep getting held up thru illness but i'll get there some day. I have met people doing O.U. at all ages from 18 to 70 in virtualy every subject you can think of so, if you want a degree you dont have to go to uni, you can do it at home, at a time scale that suits you. So go for it and good luck
