Creating a Professional CV

Does anyone know any good sites where I can view some professional looking C.V's? I am thinking of applying for quite a senior job, but my C.V is several years old and does not look very professional, and I would like to create a new C.V.There are loads of companies that will do it for a fee, but I would like to create it myself, and just want to look at some other C.V's.
