I don't mind paying taxes but I'm wondering which company car is good value. I would need a hatchback/estate 1.9 or 2L diesel and I travel 38K each year and my company pay for fuel. Are there any loopholes or ideas which can save company drivers some tax pounds? Thanks anyone....

No loopholes, unless you leave the car at office evenings/weekends- then classed as a pool car. The new Laguna is good, reasonable cost (which effects the taxable value) and good (low) emmisions, another factor. Or, opt out and buy own car and clain milage, Inland revenue rates are 0.45/mile for first 10k and 0.25/mile therafter. At 38K you would get over 11K a year. Worth thinking about
