Can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of this early 80s arcade game? Are there any arcade game compilations that feature it?

You could get the ROM and an emulator off the web. Legally this may be a little grey as it is still technically pirate software unless you still own the original - such old, old software is generally considered "abandonware" where the company/individual who owns the copyright has given an unofficial nod of consent to free distribution.
