Hi, I'm obviously being a bit dim, but I did a google search and couldn't find their website. Please could you post a link to it!

Thanks!

This may be of some interest to you.
I cannot find a direct link between West 1 Promotions and Hidden Faces.

The two articles mentioned in the link above - 1 and 2.

Hey there,Yeah i havent got an answer for you but i went on sunday and it looked very dodgy to me aswell cause the lady(Sam) didnt want me to read the terms and conditions and when i said i'll come back cause i won't have money on me till the end of the month she insisted that i go and borrow money from someone today and then pay them back later, cause they wont be available on other days????so doesnt that make you think a bit..cheers kevin

For all those people that have been interviewed by West 1 Promotions, West one Promotions, West 1 Promotions, in sheffield at the Royal Victoria Hotel this weekend, YOU REALLY NEED TO UNDERSTAND THIS.
They have signed you up to an agreement and you have paid 179.99, They have promised to send you a CD and an application form.
You can get a cd with photo's of your friends family on for less than 5, hell i dont know anyone that cant do you one.
ON TOP OF THAT YOU MIGHT AS WELL GO GET AN APPLICATION FORM FROM BOOTS, FILL IT IN WITH YOURS/FAMILY MEMBERS DETAILS AND SEND IT OFF.
That is exactly what you have been offered.
You still have time though, for those that went on saturday, you have until wednesday to :-
Destroy the terms of agreement, burn it, wipe your **** on it, flush it down the bog. If you try and remember they did not take a copy and they only made you sign the once right.
That means you hold the only signed copy of this contract.
You have a limited amount of time to cancel all payments, ring your credit card companies, and cancel checks, but you need to do it NOW,,,,,,STOP READING AND PICK UP THE PHONE, CARRY ON READING AFTER YOU HAVE DONE THIS... if you have'nt liked what you read so far, Alternatively if you have liked what you read so far, stop reading and enjoy your service.

Now that the bank has stopped your transaction or is on the case, grab a pen and piece of paper and write a letter stating that you do not request there services any longer and for them to cease all activity in your/family members name, You can back out of this deal under Consumer Credit Act 1974
A consumer has a cooling off period of 5 days where:
Credit is involved.
The contract was signed away from trade premises.
There were face to face negotiations with the seller.
The 5-day period begins from the time the second copy of the credit agreement is received by the consumer.
You will want to state that you are invoking your right to backout of this contract under the aforesaid act. And that you are requesting a Refund.
Then Fax it to them, And post it to them with the info sheet and polaroid (you have burned the terms of agreement right). Make sure you get recorded delivery.
Get a solicitor.
YOU NEED TO DO THIS BEFORE THEY FULLFILL THEY@RE HALF OF THE CONTRACT (i.e. printing off the cd's and sending them off with application forms as you are reading this).
If they achieve this before you send them a letter stating that you dont require they're services and a refund (with photo and info sheet) you have lost your money.
GOOD LUCK PEOPLE

They may try to bully you into believing that they will charge you administration fees, but as long as you follow the above and do it as quickly as possible they cant touch you, remember you have the only signed contract.
As soon as your payment hits there account you have to cancel before they send you the media.

If they do send the media, check your envelopes for a london stamp mark, feel for a cd, if it has one in, dont open it, just get a bubblewrap envelope and return it. (Recorded delivery)
