Up date to Win 7 as Vista is unsupported and therefore potentially insecure. It will also not run many more modern programs. You`ll find reasonably priced versions on Ebay
Depending on the driver, if you can identify it then the manufacturer may have a recent suitable one on their site.
I'm wondering what it is that's generating the message you're seeing. I've never seen such a generic message about drivers produced by Windows itself, so I suspect that it might be coming from adware/malware on your computer which wants you to click on a link.

Try a scan with Malwarebytes to see if the messages disappears.
I agree with Buenchico, this sounds like a potential "scam" and you have malware or adware on your computer.

If your computer is working with no problems then just ignore it, but maybe try to run anti virus and anti malware software to get rid of it.

Also maybe clear out your browser cache and history in case it is lurking there.
