I doubt it but it may depend. How long have you been claiming and is it Income Based or Contribution Based

I have a personal licence, the course was only 1 day with the test at the end.
Think it cost around £60 , my employer paid but you might get it paid by the jobcentre ask them.

Just looked, the course is £180 now, it was 5 years ago I did mine .
Best bet may be to get a job even part time in a pub and if you do well they may put you in for the course. That is how the majority of people on personal licence courses do it.
