Anyone looking forward to the return of Dallas ?

Normally remakes are never as good as the original ( remember minder ? )

However in this case , given that most of the original characters are returning played by the same actors i.e Larry Hagman ( JR ) , Patrick Duffy ( Bobby ) Linda Gray ( Sue Ellen) Ken Kercheval ( Cliff Barnes ) Charlene Tilton ( Lucy Ewing ) - It stands a good chance of being popular again .

can't wait
I can't wait. I loved JR. I wonder if they will bring back Sasha Mitchell too as he was really good looking
I can't wait.

I had such a massive crush on Bobby Ewing the first time round.
Am really looking forward to it. Saw an interview yesterday with Linda Gray and she looks amazing.

I see i'm not the only one then :-)

Did it draw bigger audiences than the current soaps ?
I've seen it - started off a bit slow but did pick up the pace. I enjoyed it.

I wonder why Victoria Principal is not returning - she's probably making enough money flogging her cosmetics
I loved the first series wouldn't miss it, remember the who shot JR mystery was the top conversation of TV viewers, hope this series is as good, I will be watching.
Lucy Ewing makes two appearances as does Ray. Jr and Cliff Barnes look like they have been taken out of the cupboard and dusted off. Bobby is still a handsome man. Sue Ellen still has a quivering bottom lip.

Get your coat (-:
I watched a bit of the re runs the other day and it was so corny that I thought to myself how could we all have thought it so marvellous at the time, it was painful to watch.
I've seen the first episode and it is fantastic - I got goosebumps with the theme tune and loved every minute it looks like it will be as good a series as it was back in the day!
