do you mean UCAS applications or just applications for sixth form college? If its UCAS you've missed it, if its for a sixth form college (or something similar) it'll depend on the college

I teach in a College and we accept people right up until the first half term!!! (We are poor and need the students though!)

I wouldn't worry about it if you haven't sorted your college application yet. I'm not sure about the EMA though, sorry

Just had a look on the EMA website, it says....

"What is the deadline for submitting application forms?
 
 You can send your application form in anytime. Applications are eligible for payment from the Monday of the week the application was received, as long as the course has already started and attendance criteria have been met"
