2 x interviews - advice please

Firstly: Good morning everyone!

I currently work in an NHS Trust. I have 2 x interviews for different jobs within same Trust. 1st today and another middle of next week.

Although I "wouldn't mind" if I get today's job I really DO (really really really!) want next weeks interview to be successful.

My Q is: "IF" I was lucky enough to be succesful today I would need to accept but how would I turn this around "IF" I was lucky enough to get next weeks job too. I don't want to mess anyone around but I also dont want to turn down one offer in the hope that I get the job next week?

(Of course this is all wishful thinking I might get offered neither job...but I'm thinking "what if")

Be honest, and put them in the picture, but only after they have offered you the job, if they do

youre right and it is "simple as" sheenamh...thanks good advice :)
Hope they go well for you, good luck
in the current climate, eve, NHS people are going for all sorts of jobs - in the PCTs we are jobseeking all the time at the moment. Most employers realise this - I wouldn't say at interview 1 that you are looking elsewhere, but if they offer it to you, then's the time to say "may I have a few days before I decide whether to accept, I am considering a couple of alternatives"
