Thomas cook sickness pay -help!

I worked for Thomas cook (full time) 8 years ago. I had worked for them for 3 years at the time I took out a personal loan. I need to know if I had an accident or illness that would have stopped me from working, would they have paid me.. And if so, what period of time etc. or would I have been entitled to no pay or statutory pay?

legally, you are only entitled to SSP
What TC offer you, if anything, will be set out in your contract
