Another CV question... quick replies would be great :) x

Just on the off chance that someone replies to this quickly..... If I were to write on my CV that i'm quite a quiet person, would that be detrimental? Would people think that i'm antisocial? I would also write that i am a good team player as I am, it just takes a little while for me to get to know people and such.

Thank you!!! :) xx

I would try to find something that is a bit more positive than 'quiet' - might make them think that you are too shy and unconfident, just my opinion though. Something along the lines of 'I work well on my own or in a team'?

That's what i'm looking for! I did wonder if it would come across as that. Didn't want to make myself sound really outgoing either cos I would be lying lol.. Thanks for the help Sherrardk :D x
Just don't mention it at all
Hi Erin, in a previous life I used to write university references for sixth formers and we weren't allowed to say anything negative. Good luck with whatever you are applying for.
If the job is for a librarian then good. If it's for a sales person bad. No one can give an accurate answer unless you say what job it's for
Agree with Sherr, no need to mention the fact that you're quite quiet. Diligent, conscientious and able to work on my own initiative if required to.

They are all brilliant answers, thank you :) It is for my CV and the job I am aiming for is an Early Years Officer, a bit like a nursery nurse. I have sent away countless applications since finishing college and i'm having to sign on now as my savings are disappearing fast :| xx
