check terms of your contract
How were you originally informed about it? - discussion which you (reluctantly) agree to, then a letter confirming you are now on 32 hours per week contract, or something else that mentioned the term 'short time working'. How long have you been on this arrangement? - more than 4 weeks?
are you working overtime at normal rate?

is this overtime compulsory?
why does everyone blame me?

i was originally informed orally and by letter. however as 3 people left the 32 hr week only lasted 1 week. then i was given 40 hrs again. its currently not classed as anything.!! neither overtime as theres no o/t pay just basic. my holidays are still based on 32 hrs also which ive since found out is wrong.
