how long to wait

I posted my resume on several different company sites. I was wondering how long does it take to hear from these companys weeks or days.

Don't wait. Phone them 1 day after you posted the CV, check they've received it, read it and press for a discussion and an interview.
Don't get disheartened when they say they have nothing. Call them every 3 days and don't feel embarrassed. If you don't push you won't get anything!
