Was it in a sealed bag when you bought it? otherwise it's going to be difficult to prove that you didn't damage it after you bought it?
would think same rules would apply ... if they are still there!

straight down to trading standards after the hol if not!
I've never seen a beanbag that isn't prefilled, I've not heard of having to do it yourself.

no it wasnt in sealed bag they had them either hanging up on stall or in my case got it out of a box that had others in and gave me the bags of beads to put in , they put them all in black bags for me to carry to car
So - they could argue that you could have examined the bag before you paid for it? I always feel "buyer beware" on market stalls...
Question Author
yes they could argue that fact im hoping they are as honest as i am if not gonna be a bit of trouble cos if they dont refund or replace im taking something off the stall to the value of the bean bag and i will wait for the police to come if they phone them its a matter of principal and im very stubborn when i know im right i didnt take the bean bag out of the black bag they put it in until i got home i KNOW i didnt do it cheers for replys
Don't you think you're getting a bit ahead of yourself. For all you know they will be totally reasonable and offer to swap it straight away. Yet you're talking about taking goods to the value and calling the police.....
Don't go there with attitude, just be polite. It was possibly done when
the box was being opened with something like a stanley knife, Ive seen it
done before, they slash through not realizing they have gone too deep.

Good Luck.x
