If all your allowances are off-set against your first job you will pay tax on all of your second wage.
You would declare one as your main job and allowances would be set to that one, on the second job you will pay full tax.
Well assuming you earn more than the tax free allowance you will pay the standard rate on all of it. That will be 20%, see your tax code for the tax free allowance.

How would i define which would be the main jobs ?

For job 1/current job I get a minimum of £510.40(before tax) a month but that can change and some months i can earn £700 but its all dependant on overtime

Job 2/job im applying for is £7 ph for 30 hours a week so works out at £840(before tax) a month.

Well my tax code is 816L,
Your tax code gives you a tax-free allowance of £8,160 a year. Using an average of £600 per month for job 1, it uses up £7,200 of that allowance. Job two brings in £10,080. £960 (8160 – 7200) will be tax free. The rest (£9,120) will be subject to 20% tax which amounts to £1,824 (£152 per month).

Don’t forget National Insurance. Job 1 will attract none as your earnings are not high enough. Job 2, though, will cost you about £25 per month in NI contributions.
