can anyone help me with these questions please ,i have to do a personal statment to include a) how to identify legal and organisational requirements and procedures for reporting on individuals ,b) how to identify,record and pass on information about the individuals communication and language needs thank you in advance for any help

think along the lines of the reports you complete and access in your job role on the service users i.e. daily reports, case notes.
then think about how you were trained to complete or access these reports and the procedures you need to follow i.e. confidentiallity - look at data protection act - you possibly recieved this information on induction to your job role.
