Insurance Excess

Hi all, my daughter has a car through DLA because her son is disabled, he is 4yrs old. My daughter's car was vandalised overnight so she now has no transport and has £300 excess to find which she doesn't have as she is on income support. Is there any help available anywhere for her to perhaps get a loan for the excess? If I had it obviously I would pay it for her. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks
