Eurotunnel breakdown insurance.

I am driving in Europe for a week and am thinking about including the Eurotunnel breakdown cover in with my fare costs. Has any ABer had cause to use this service for a vehicle breakdown, and if so what was the service like ?

I usually buy the AA breakdown cover but Eurotunnel's is a lot cheaper and seems very similar.
