it depends on the insurer,if they want to be funny then they will refuse to pay out as the car,with no MOT should not be on the road.

if it was stored in your garage and it got stolen it would be insured, with or without an MOT, so thanswer is yes.

If youd an accident with a third party theyd be covered so again, yes its insured.

wether they would pay out for any damage incurred tho the unMOTd car in the even of an accident on the road would remain to be seen.
