Price for original item

Have damaged (irreparably) a Dell P1130 21" CRT monitor which is YAY covered by my Barclays insurance unlike every other damn thing I've ever broken. They require the original price of this monitor which I just cannot find anywhere (it was a gift). Any help appreciated.
