Stupid Insurance companies
My girlfriends car has been registered as a write off by an unknown insurance company for reasons only known to them. The car has never been in an accident and we have been insuring, taxing and MOTing this car since 2005 when it was supposed to have been registered as a Cat B. The DVLA have no records of the write off by the way.
Anybody any ideas how we can remove the car from the MIAFTR register?
