Please advise..
2 years ago I leant my then partner over 7000 on the agreement she paid me back this year, The money was to be paid into a joint account in Melbourne which was linked to my Barclays account here in the UK. She is now refusing to accept/pay for this money. The only proof I have is the money leaving my UK bank account to the joint account we had in Australia and emails saying she will pay me back in Jan 2007

Is she in Australia and you in the UK?

Where did the loan take place - UK or Australia?
Question Author
She was my Girlfriend and is Australian, I am from the UK. The loan took place from England, I transferred money from my account in the UK to our joint account in Australia. The money was (apparently) used to clear her debts
