I'm not a motorist but if there's a successful claim made against you I can't see how you'd keep a no claims bonus.
Yes, there has been a claim against you. Even if there is no claim, if the insurance company know about the accident it can count against your record.
If the other persons made a claim against you, then it will affect your no claims bonus. How much varies, you need to look at the insurance terms.
Unless you have no claims bonus protection as part of your policy
