Looking for Landlord Insurance for a house which has council tenants. Just the Building to be insured by the Landlord. thanks all.

that would be buildings insurance on let property

(landlord insurance cd be against lost rent or landlord negligence)

I use Wesleyan - Birmingham. I tell tenants that I cannot insure their property inside as I cant minimise the loss but they can.
