Picture keeps going small on the tv !

I asked my daughter to pass me the Sky remote and she threw it and it landed on the floor and the picture on the tv went small. I went onto the settings to put it back onto widescreen but it keeps going small again. Altering the settings is only working for a few minutes. Any idea how to get it back to normal please ?

use the main tv's remote, and did you use save settings on the sky remote

Yes I saved the settings ! Woops, never thought to use the tv remote lol cos we never use it ! I'll try and find it ! Thanks for the answer :-)

A better idea would be to make your daughter sit there every time you wanna watch TV and make her press the widescreen button every time it went small.
