Photos-Negative effect NOT on face!

I have a negative effect on one of my photos and i want to keep it this way, but how can i get everything to be negative except my face or hair in the photo? Or just.. they look funny so how can i change the tint of it?

You would need a photo manipulating programme such as Photoshop.

Gimp is free. Just make a duplicate layer and reverse it to negative select what you want, remove the rest than flatten the image and save.
