Sky Remote Control! No Volume

My sky remote control functions on everything except sound! I have tried programming etc via Sky but with no success! Why is this, has anybody else had the same problem! Help appreciated!

What tv is it? ?(and I assume you do play the sound through the TV and not a surround sound system)

Check on internet for all remote entry codes for that TV, and try them. Manual tells you how to store in remote. ... Try these codes ...

Main Code for that brand (try first) .. 0054
Then try 065, 0065, 0335, 0649

Entry sequence is different for 4 digit codes.
