They have different Call Centres in different locations, dependent on what aspect of their 'service' one wishes to talk about. Some are in the UK and some are overseas.
You simply don't have a choice over what part of their call centre network you are routed to - it happens automatically.
you could email them........

Thanks both , I have emailed them
I hope they e-mail back with a Scottish accent for you.
Billy, life is simply too short to try to deal with BT in any shape or form.

sorry about that x
I emailed my MP 2 days ago about the difference between income based JSA and contribution based JSA and I haven't had a reply and he only lives 6 miles away : ((
Dot, stop it.. I'm going to bed.

I can't hear you... la la la la laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ;o)
I was only seeking an impartial opinion from the guy.

You still banging on about that, dot? If you were on income based JSA you could get nothing at all if your partner works or you have savings and/or assets. With contribution based JSA you get it regardless of your income.
I had an LP in 1970 with a song about a mugwump on it, an old blues singer with an odd name it was, well it was my sisters, or was it Country Joe and The Fish?
well i haven't got a partner, no assets and my savings are less than the maximum allowed and so i would get it whichever which way they tried to stop me getting it. But, I would like to know why there isn;t one in the middle. and in between one,
Billy, you could try this number. it's their "I've had enough and I'm leaving" number. 0800 800150, you need to ask for Customer Options and they're in Newcastle. all the best!
Oi Sara, I'm waiting
sorry.. was just putting the cat out. on my way now :o)
If you call before 10a.m. you may get a UK call centre.

Yes of course, your MP is sitting at home by his computer just waiting to answer emails.

I am sure he has nothing else to do, no meetings to attend, or constituents to deal with.
Isn't there more chance of understanding a Bangladeshi accent than a Scottish one?!
